I'm Amanda, a mom to three amazing adult children and the heart behind Amanda Camden Photography. I'm an animal lover through and through, especially when it comes to my sweet cats. When I am not in the studio, I love reading, sipping iced coffee, and exploring new places whenever I get the chance. I find so much joy in capturing meaningful moments for families across Springfield and Central Illinois, and I'm truly grateful to do what I love every single day.

Family is everything to me, and they’re truly my favorite part of life. I’m incredibly proud to be a mom to two wonderful daughters, Mackenzie and Cloe, and an amazing son, Kyle. I share this beautiful life with my loving husband, Michael, and together we’ve built a home full of love, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos, thanks to our three fluffy Ragdoll cats, Gracie, Yoshi, and Frosty. They each bring so much joy to my heart and remind me every day why capturing family moments is so important.
Family
Traveling is one of my absolute favorite things, and I’ve been lucky that my time in the military has given me the opportunity to experience so many parts of this world, some incredible, and some a bit more rugged, like Korea, Jordan, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Egypt. Each place has shaped my perspective and appreciation for different cultures and experiences. My husband and I love exploring together, whether it's a quick weekend getaway close to home or a relaxing escape to a tropical paradise like Antigua. No matter the destination, we always find joy in the adventure.
